What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Assist in project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
Follow up regularly with Development, Design, QA, and Business Analysis teams on project updates.
Organize and participate in client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track action items.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans.
Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Assist in requirement gathering and scope documentation.
Support the preparation of business analysis reports and project-related documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support project success.

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management within the IT industry.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Experience working closely with software development teams.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to AI tools and their practical application in day-to-day work.
Basic understanding of software development concepts is an added advantage.
