We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Customer Support Associate & Onboarding Executive to support clients during onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support activities. The candidate should be willing to travel and work from client locations whenever required.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and direct communication.
- Support new customer onboarding and guide clients on product/service usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth onboarding.
- Visit client locations for onboarding, support, training, and implementation activities.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and issue closure.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Ready to travel and work at client locations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification
- BBA
- B.Sc
- Diploma graduates can also apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
