Position: Fleet MIS Executive – Fuel, Mileage & Maintenance (Advanced Excel Mandatory)
Location: Vijayawada
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are Mandatory.
Candidates must be proficient in Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation. Candidates without strong Excel knowledge should not apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle-wise fuel consumption records and monitor fuel efficiency.
- Track daily and monthly vehicle mileage (KM) and prepare analytical reports.
- Maintain complete fleet MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
- Track tyre running kilometers and generate tyre interchange/rotation reminders after every 10,000 KM.
- Maintain records of tyre replacements, repairs, retreading, and tyre performance.
- Monitor vehicle breakdowns and maintain vehicle repair and service records.
- Maintain records of insurance, permits, fitness certificates, pollution certificates, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports on fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance expenses, tyre performance, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure accurate data entry, record maintenance, and timely updating of fleet records.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in Fleet Management, Transport Operations, Logistics, MIS Reporting, or Vehicle Maintenance Coordination.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel skills may also apply.
