About the Role
Farmico Group is looking for a highly driven Functional Implementation & Operations Lead to manage the implementation of Farmico Markets and the digitisation of cold storage operations across the network. This role will work closely with the founding team and will be responsible for bridging business operations with technology execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementation across multiple platform modules from requirement gathering to go-live
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to translate operational requirements into system workflows
- Manage UAT, process mapping, SOP creation, onboarding, and operational training
- Drive automation and digitisation of cold storage and warehouse operations
- Ensure real-time inventory integration between cold storage facilities and the Farmico Markets platform
- Monitor system adoption, resolve operational gaps, and support post-launch stabilisation
Candidate Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, ERP/WMS implementation, or operations technology
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, functional documentation, UAT, and workflow implementation
- Experience in supply chain, agri-tech, cold chain, warehousing, or B2B marketplace operations preferred
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership-driven responsibilities
- Willingness to travel to warehouse and cold storage locations as required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
