The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for booking and managing travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and providing travel solutions. Key duties include issuing, re-issuing, or cancelling tickets, managing client needs, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for customers by providing support and managing bookings. Knowledge of GDS platforms like Galileo and Amedeus will be an advantage.
- Booking and ticketing: Manage domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance/re-issuance using GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Customer service: Handle client inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and provide information on destinations, hotels, and other travel logistics.
- Administrative tasks: Prepare travel itineraries, maintain accurate booking records, and manage payments, refunds, and billing for bookings.
- Compliance: Ensure all bookings and processes comply with airline and IATA policies and regulations.
- Sales and support: Advise clients on travel packages and assist with cancellations.
