Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and track operational performance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.
Process Coordination
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and transactions.
- Support management in planning and executing operational strategies.
Team & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Address operational queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees when required.
Data Management & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain databases and operational records.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or MIS tools.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
