Profile Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and scale FPA’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should understand content trends, platform algorithms, and storytelling—especially in education or finance-focused brands—and be passionate about building high-engagement communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, carousels, stories) across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X
- Execute FPA’s content IPs and series such as finance education, career guidance, and brand campaigns
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with FPA’s brand voice
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, mentors, and content creators
- Monitor trends, audios, hashtags, and competitor activity to drive reach and growth
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare weekly reports
- Support campaign launches, course promotions, webinars, and placement highlights
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms (reels-first mindset)
- Basic knowledge of finance, education, or career-focused content (preferred)
- Excellent copywriting skills for short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, and scheduling platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment
