Job Description
We are looking for an experienced OTC Business Development professional with strong exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges and institutional/client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for driving OTC trading business, onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional clients, brokers, and crypto traders while expanding strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive revenue generation through spot and OTC crypto trading.
● Develop and grow OTC trading business on crypto assets ● Drive recurring OTC trade flow and source buy/sell-side liquidity opportunities
● Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, brokers, market makers, and liquidity partners
● Coordinate and support end-to-end OTC trade execution and settlement processes
● Monitor Crypto market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
Required Skills
● 4–6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Crypto Currency exchange, OTC desks, brokerages, trading firms, forex, fintech, or institutional sales backgrounds
● Existing relationships with HNIs, brokers, market makers, treasury teams, or crypto traders will be preferred.
● Strong understanding of spreads, liquidity, pricing, and market movement.
● Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, stable coins, and trading platforms.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance processes.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹3,290,000.00 per month
