Key Responsibilities
South Indian Section:
- Prepare dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and chutneys
- Manage dosa/tawa station efficiently during peak hours
- Ensure proper batter fermentation and quality control
- Maintain authentic taste and consistency
North Indian Section:
- Prepare curries, gravies, biryani, kebabs, and tandoor items
- Handle tandoor operations (naan, roti, tandoori dishes)
- Ensure proper marination and cooking techniques
- Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
General Duties:
- Manage and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
- Follow kitchen SOPs and coordinate with senior chefs
Pay: ₹8,711.63 - ₹38,118.73 per month
