Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our loans division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the loan process. This role involves extensive fieldwork to acquire and engage with clients, understand their financial requirements, and offer tailored funding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers for private funding loans.
- Conduct market research to develop an understanding of client needs.
- Network and build relationships with businesses and individuals requiring funding.
- Field Sales Activities:
- Visit potential clients to understand their loan requirements.
- Pitch private funding loan products effectively, highlighting benefits.
- Conduct in-person meetings to close deals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Loan Processing:
- Collect, verify, and submit necessary documents for loan applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loans.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide post-loan services, addressing client concerns or queries.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Sales Manager.
- Should be ready for feild work
- Training will be provided.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
