Position: Medical Representative (Doctor Relationship & Business Development)
Location: Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Medical Referral Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The primary objective is to increase patient referrals by promoting our diagnostic services and ensuring excellent communication with referring doctors.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
Promote the diagnostic center's services, facilities, technology, and specialties.
Build long-term professional relationships with referring doctors.
Increase patient referrals through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Explain new diagnostic tests, health packages, and promotional offers.
Collect doctors' feedback and share market insights with management.
Maintain daily visit reports and referral records.
Identify new doctors and clinics for business expansion.
Coordinate with the front office and operations team to ensure smooth service for referred patients.
Participate in health camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and medical events whenever required.
Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., BBA, MBA, Pharmacy, Life Sciences preferred).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, pharma sales, diagnostics, or hospital marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with diagnostic centers, hospitals, pathology labs, imaging centers, or pharmaceutical companies.
Existing network with doctors and healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of doctor visits per day (15–20).
Number of new doctors onboarded each month.
Growth in patient referrals.
Monthly business generated through referrals.
Doctor retention and relationship quality.
Timely submission of daily activity reports.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance + Performance Bonus.
