Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store operations, leading the team, maintaining inventory, and delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and minimize stock losses.
- Ensure proper merchandising, planogram compliance, and visual display standards.
- Control shrinkage, damages, and wastage.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and banking procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Drive local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in FMCG Retail, Supermarket, Hypermarket, or Value Retail.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail ERP/POS systems.
