Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Production Lead for our 3D Toddler Rhymes Animation team who can manage the complete pre-production process for toddlers’ rhymes content.
The candidate should have strong expertise in supervising story development, script breakdown, screenplay planning, and team coordination.
He/She should be able to effectively execute the ideas, instructions, and creative direction provided by the Channel Head with accuracy and discipline.
A responsible, cooperative, and obedient approach toward assigned tasks and team management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire pre-production process for toddler’s 3D rhymes project.
- Coordinate with script writers, storyboard artists, concept artists, post-production team and channel head.
- Review storyboards, animatics, and character concepts for quality, consistency, and creative alignment.
- Ensure visual storytelling is engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with project objectives.
- Maintain character continuity, scene flow, and storytelling effectiveness throughout pre-production.
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in toddlers' 3d rhymes animation pre-production workflow.
- Strong knowledge of storytelling, screenplay structure, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent team handling and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
