Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, including assisting in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding activities, updating HR documentation, and assisting with employee communication and engagement initiatives. The intern will also help with HR data entry, basic reporting, and coordination of employee benefits-related queries under supervision. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a desire to develop practical HR skills.
- Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and compliance, including basic awareness of local labour regulations.
- Interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and willingness to learn HR systems.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
