This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant based in Madurai. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians to provide patient care, including taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating conditions, and assisting in medical procedures. Responsibilities also include counseling patients, supporting care plans, managing medical documentation, and ensuring the overall quality of care delivery. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes is a central part of this role.
Qualifications:
Strong clinical skills, including diagnosing and managing a range of conditions Proficiency in medical documentation and understanding healthcare protocols Ability to establish rapport with patients and provide empathetic, patient-centered care Knowledge of medical instruments and tools for conducting physical exams and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Relevant professional certification or licensure as a Physician Assistant Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an advantage Bachelor's in Physician Assistant Studies, AECT, Operation Theatre and Anaesthetic Technology
