The Role:-
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience designing web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to transform business requirements into seamless and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
● User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder discussions to understand user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
● Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design concepts that effectively communicate user experiences.
● UI Design: Design modern, responsive, and aesthetically appealing user interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise software solutions.
● User Experience Optimization: Develop intuitive user journeys that improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.
● Design System Management: Create, maintain, and enhance design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design assets to ensure consistency across products.
● Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
● Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to translate business requirements into practical and user-centric design solutions.
● Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and recommend design improvements based on research findings and analytics.
● Design Reviews: Participate in design discussions, project meetings, and review sessions to ensure high-quality user experiences.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and industry best practices to continuously improve product design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
● Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design for web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise software.
● Design Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Figma is mandatory. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
● UI Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, iconography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
● UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
● Prototyping Skills: Experience creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
● Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
● Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile development environment.
● Communication Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design thinking, problem-solving approach, and end-to-end design process is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:-
● Understanding of Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and modern design systems.
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts to facilitate collaboration with developers.
● Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) guidelines and usability best practices.
● Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback to improve product experiences.
● Understanding of AI-powered interfaces, conversational UX, or data visualization design will be an added advantage.
● Immediate joiners and candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
