We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Experience: 1–3 Years of hands-on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of Facebook & Instagram campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation and ROI.
Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and advanced conversion tracking to ensure precise data attributes.
Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience targeting, and strategic retargeting to scale performance.
Data Monitoring: Consistently track and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to improve campaign efficiency.
Budgeting: Manage ad spend effectively to ensure maximum output with optimal cost-per-lead.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience running successful Meta paid ad campaigns.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and deep keyword/market research.
- Strong analytical mindset—you look at data and instantly know what tweaks to make.
- Immediate availability is a massive plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
