# Job Description – Head Human Resources (HR Head)
## Position Summary
The Head – Human Resources will lead the complete HR function across the organization and partner with business leaders to build a high-performance, compliant, and technology-driven HR ecosystem. The role will own talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, HRMS implementation, organizational development, and workforce planning across all India locations.

* **Experience:** 10–12 years with at least 4–5 years in an HR leadership role in Engineering, EPC, Construction, HVAC, or Manufacturing.
* **Reporting To:** Managing Director / CEO
## Key Responsibilities / KRAs
### 1. Strategic HR Leadership
* Develop HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and partner with business leadership.
### 2. Talent Acquisition
* Lead end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, manpower planning, and initiatives to reduce hiring turnaround time (TAT).
### 3. HR Operations & Compliance
* Ensure statutory compliance, payroll governance, onboarding, HR policies, and internal HR audits.
### 4. Performance Management
* Design and drive KPI/KRA frameworks, performance appraisals, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and productivity enhancement initiatives.
### 5. Employee Engagement
* Drive employee engagement initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, improve internal communication, and support employee retention.
### 6. Learning & Development
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), develop the annual training calendar, and implement leadership development programs.
### 7. HR Analytics & MIS
* Prepare HR dashboards, manpower analytics, and HR cost reports to support business decision-making.
### 8. Employee Relations
* Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary matters, and maintain healthy employee and industrial relations.
### 9. HRMS Implementation & Digital Transformation
* Design, implement, and optimize HRMS solutions, including vendor selection, system configuration, process automation, user training, and ensuring organization-wide adoption across all branches and functions.

## Education
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
