Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive, learner-centric lessons aligned with curriculum objectives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement effective classroom management strategies and maintain discipline
- Assess student performance through assignments, activities, and evaluations
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, training sessions, and academic planning
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant subject specialization
- B.Ed/ D.el.ed/NTT/PPT qualification is mandatory
- 1–8 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Cambridge schools preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Good classroom management and student engagement abilities
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning
