Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the textile spares store.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
- Issue spare parts against approved material requisitions.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and annual physical inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of critical spare parts.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of all spare parts.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S standards in the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering departments for timely material availability.
- Supervise store assistants and ensure efficient workflow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
