Job description
Flymedia Technology is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Engineer to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of computer hardware, graphic cards, networking, and system maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and providing technical support to employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot graphic cards, drivers, and system components.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and updates.
- Configure Windows operating systems, software, and antivirus solutions.
- Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and assist with network troubleshooting.
- Keep records of IT assets, system updates, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure data security and follow company IT policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers candidates can apply.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, graphic cards, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, routers, switches, and system configuration.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
