Key Responsibilities:-
- Customer Engagement: Handle multiple concurrent chat sessions with professionalism and speed.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all responses meet the company's tone of voice and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
