Position: Founder’s Associate (Future Business Leader)
At Phnk, we are looking for an exceptional individual who wants to build, not merely support. This role is designed for someone who aspires to lead a company one day and is willing to learn every aspect of building a startup from the ground up.
You will work directly with the Founder on strategy, product, operations, growth, fundraising, partnerships, hiring, and execution. Over time, you will take ownership of critical functions and grow into a leadership role within the company.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives.
- Drive projects from idea to execution with minimal supervision.
- Participate in product discussions, user research, and growth initiatives.
- Build relationships with partners, investors, universities, communities, and stakeholders.
- Analyze business opportunities and recommend actions.
- Create presentations, reports, proposals, and strategic documents.
- Recruit talent and help build company culture.
- Solve problems wherever they emerge—operations, marketing, product, or business development.

Success in This Role
Within 24–36 months, you should be independently leading major business initiatives and managing teams. The role is intended to develop future leaders of the company, including potential business unit heads, or CEO-level responsibilities as the company grows.
This is not an administrative role. It is an apprenticeship in company building.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
