Trustlytics Consulting helps businesses streamline and automate their operations through integrated solutions, including purchase and sales tracking, CRM systems, inventory management, staff monitoring, and centralized business dashboards. The company also supports businesses in digital marketing and provides website design and development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Pitch business automation and website services to business owners
- Schedule meetings/demos with interested clients
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good follow-up and closing skills
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage
Eligibility Criteria (Strict)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales (mandatory)
- Confidence in handling business owners (B2B exposure preferred)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
- Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per deal
- High performers can earn ₹25,000 – ₹40,000+ per month
- Performance-based earnings can grow significantly with closures
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday Off
