About Tributum Tech: At Tributum Tech, we're building intelligent robotic systems by combining Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and motion-tracking technology. Our work focuses on collecting high-quality human movement and task data that helps robots learn how people naturally perform everyday activities.
About the Role: This isn't your typical desk job. As a Robot Trainer, you'll wear VR and motion-tracking equipment while performing real-world activities. Every movement you make helps generate training data that teaches robots how to move, interact with objects, and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
You won't be programming robots or writing code. Instead, you'll be helping shape the way future robots learn from humans.
No prior robotics experience is required. We'll provide the training; you just need to be willing to learn, follow instructions, and perform tasks consistently.
What You'll Be Doing: Your role will involve carrying out different real-world activities while your movements are recorded using VR and motion-tracking systems.
Activities may include:
Human Movement
- Walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, carrying and reaching
- Natural hand movements and full-body coordination
- Repeating movements consistently for accurate data collection
Object Interaction
- Picking up and placing objects
- Sorting and arranging items
- Moving objects between locations
- Opening and closing containers or doors
- Carrying and positioning everyday items
- Using common household or workplace tools
Everyday Task Training
Depending on the project, you'll perform activities in environments such as hospitals, homes, warehouses, offices, cafés, restaurants, laboratories, gyms, and other real-world settings.
Examples include:
Hospital
- Making hospital beds
- Organising medical supplies
- Filing records
- Cleaning and organising workspaces
Home
- Cleaning and mopping
- Kitchen and cooking activities
- Organising household items
- General household tasks
Warehouse & Factory
- Sorting products
- Packing and unpacking materials
- Moving items between locations
- Organising storage areas
- Basic inventory handling
Please note: Every project is different, so the tasks may vary depending on the data being collected.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Can follow instructions carefully
- Are comfortable learning new technology
- Have good attention to detail
- Can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency
- Are reliable, punctual, and disciplined
- Can communicate in basic English
An interest in Robotics, AI, or VR is a bonus but not a requirement.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- 6 days a week
- 6–8 hours per day
- Flexible working hours
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000–₹45,000 per month (based on experience, performance, and project responsibilities)
