Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-driven, and creative Interior Designer with strong technical expertise and exceptional design sensibilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design and execution teams to create bespoke interior solutions, produce detailed drawings, lead client presentations, and ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment and excels at both creativity and execution.
What You’ll Do : Design & Concept Development
- Work closely with the design team to develop functional, aesthetic, and client-aligned interior design solutions.
- Research concepts, materials, finishes, and technical details that influence design direction.
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, models, and conceptual visuals using design software.
- Produce BOQs, material lists, and project-related documents required for execution.
Project Execution & Coordination
- Work within project timelines to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion.
- Conduct site visits and on-site observations; provide technical inputs and recommendations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams to maintain design accuracy.
Client Interaction & Presentation
- Prepare and participate in client presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose customized design solutions.
- Select materials, furniture, décor, and finishes while maintaining budget constraints.
What We’re Looking For: Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Hands-on experience designing residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, and preparing project commercials (BOQ, discounts).
- Proven track record of handling projects from concept to execution.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent design sensibility and material knowledge.
- Strong communication, sketching, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and justify design decisions confidently.
- Time management & multi-tasking abilities.
