Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and goals.
- Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve counseling and admission targets assigned by the organization.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English (speaking is mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling telecalling and counseling conversations.
- Ability to convince and guide prospective students effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma Required
Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Ed tech
- Strong communication Skill
