Position: Electrical Service Support Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Electrical Service Support Executive to manage and coordinate field electrical service operations effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling service complaints, assigning service engineers for complaint resolution, and managing daily operational tasks related to service, installation, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the field electrical service team .
Register and assign service complaints to service engineers for timely resolution.
Allocate daily tasks related to service, installation, and preventive maintenance .
Monitor and control team expenses and ensure timely approvals/releases.
Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines .
Maintain regular follow-up with clients through emails and calls.
Collect customer feedback after service completion .
Maintain proper coordination between customers and the service team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge of Google Maps and field coordination
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
