Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head – Business Development to lead business expansion and client acquisition initiatives in the Biomedical Waste Management sector. The role involves developing strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Identify and onboard hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, pathology laboratories, blood banks, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, management teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and growth plans for senior management.
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry forums, healthcare conferences, and networking events.
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
Desired Profile
- MBA in Marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in Biomedical Waste Management, Healthcare Services, Environmental Services, Facility Management, or related industries preferred.
- Strong network within hospitals, healthcare institutions, and diagnostic chains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
