Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for an International US Voice Process in a leading BPO setup. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in International Voice Process preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
