Key Responsibilities:
- Counseling & Strategy: Counsel students regarding educational opportunities, course selection, and university admissions in New Zealand, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Visa Guidance & Documentation: Provide end-to-end guidance on visa requirements, including Statement of Purpose (SOP) guidance, financial documentation, and visa application submission.
- Application Management: Handle the entire admission and visa application process, ensuring accuracy to minimize rejection rates.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with students and parents to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly targets for enrollment and successful visa outcomes.
- Compliance & Updates: Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy regulations, and immigration policies for the respective countries
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in student visa counseling for Australia, Canada, USA, and New Zealand.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable), strong convincing skills, and proficient with CRM tools.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of visa processes, documentation, and university admission criteria for target countries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
