- Assisting Customers: Handling inbound and outbound [calls / emails / chats] to resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Guiding users through troubleshooting steps, billing inquiries, or product walkthroughs.
- Data Management: Accurately logging customer interactions and updating records in our CRM database.
- Quality Excellence: Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaboration: Escalading complex issues to internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
