Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals for staff as per the given menu
- Ensure food is prepared on time and in required quantity
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
- Assist in cutting, cleaning, and pre-preparation of ingredients
- Store food items properly to avoid spoilage
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen workspace after use
- Assist senior kitchen staff when required
- Monitor stock of basic kitchen supplies and report shortages
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
