About Business Unit:
SaaSOps leads post-production support and the overall experience of Epsilon PeopleCloud products for our global clients. This function is responsible for product support, incident management, managed operations and the automation of processes. The team has successfully incubated and mainstreamed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a practice, to ensure reliable product operations on a global scale. Plus, the team is actively leading the adoption of AI in operations (AIOps) and recently launched AI-driven self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dotnet full stack Developer to join our Epsilon People cloud Loyalty Client Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients/retainers’ teams to understand their business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in Microsoft .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidate should be able to identify and document bugs, develop automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.

What will you do :

Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web applications.

Essential skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or have equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.

Demonstrated experience driving delivery through strong delivery practices, across complex programs of work.

Strong communication skills

Must be detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn new skills and apply them for developing new-age applications.

.Net Framework, C#, REST APIs

MVC, WEB API, JSON.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and J-query Unit Testing (NUnit).

Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Has knowledge of front-end framework such as (React/Angular)

Knowledge of database technology such as MySQL, Oracle , DynamoDB. Basic Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a huge plus

Strong Relational database design knowledge. Must have knowledge of Database models.

Knowledge of version control tools like GitHub, VSTS etc is a must.
