We are looking for a Port & Customs Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience at JNPT. The role involves managing end-to-end customs clearance, ensuring compliance, and coordinating closely with port and customs authorities for smooth cargo movement.

Valid G Card or H Card (Customs License) – This is strictly mandatory

Handle end-to-end customs clearance for import/export shipments at JNPT

Liaise with Customs Officials, Port Authorities, Shipping Lines, and Transporters

Filing and processing of Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, and EDI documentation

Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance

Manage cargo examination, delivery orders, and gate-out processes

Coordinate for timely cargo movement and clearance execution

Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams/clients

Resolve operational issues related to delays, inspections, or discrepancies

Follow SOPs, audit requirements, and compliance standards

Work closely with CHA, Freight Forwarding, and Project teams
