Industry Readiness Program – Trainer / Industry Expert
We are looking for an experienced Trainer / Industry Expert to conduct 10 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of a comprehensive 125-hour Industry Readiness Program designed to prepare students for personal and professional success.
The trainer will help students develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, goal orientation, discipline, decision-making, and critical thinking skills through practical and engaging learning experiences.
Training Approach
The sessions should be highly interactive and experiential, with a strong focus on practical application rather than traditional lecture-based teaching. The trainer is expected to incorporate:
- Role plays and real-life simulations
- Individual and group activities
- Reflection and self-assessment exercises
- Real-world examples and industry-based case studies
- Practical problem-solving activities
- Constructive and honest feedback
- Discussions that encourage active participation and self-awareness

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in student training, corporate training, life skills, soft skills, employability training, or personal development
- Prior experience working with college students or young professionals is preferred
- Certification as a Life Coach, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach, or NLP Practitioner is preferred
- Experience or certification in personality assessment tools such as MBTI or DISC is an added advantage
- Strong ability to engage, motivate, and connect with students
- Experience conducting activity-based and experiential training programs
- Ability to use real-world situations, practical examples, and case studies to explain concepts
- Strong communication, facilitation, and feedback skills
- Comfortable handling group discussions, role plays, simulations, and interactive activities
- Passionate about helping students develop both personally and professionally
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
