As a Data Product Support Associate in Finance Planning & Analysis, you will spend each day enabling reliable planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics by supporting critical finance data domains including Reference, Headcount, Consolidated Financials, FX, and Anaplan.
Job responsibilities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business discipline.

Strong understanding of finance planning, forecasting, actuals, budget, outlook, allocation, reporting, and management reporting processes.

Hands-on experience supporting business-critical applications or data products, including production monitoring, issue triage, root cause analysis, data validation, and stakeholder communication.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to query, transform, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.

Practical experience with data analysis, data wrangling, or automation tools such as Databricks, Python, Alteryx, Essbase/Dodeca/ Anaplan Excel (AXL), or similar platforms.

Strong data quality mindset, including experience with profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, lineage, metadata, and exception management.

Working knowledge of controls, audit readiness, evidence retention, change management, and operational risk management in a finance or technology environment. Experience documenting runbooks, SOPs, process flows, requirements, test cases, issue logs, and implementation artifacts.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

4+ years of experience in finance technology, data analytics, product support, business analysis, reporting operations, or financial data management, preferably within the financial services industry.

Self-directed, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
