Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end PO opening process for the Middle East market.
- Create and process customer orders accurately in the ERP/EIS system.
- Coordinate pricing, product cataloguing, and order confirmation with senior team members.
- Ensure all order details, specifications, pricing, and customer requirements are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) team to obtain production schedules and committed delivery dates.
- Follow up regularly with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
- Track order status and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate order records and generate reports using EIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements throughout the order lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Experience in PO Opening/Order Processing within the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of EIS/ERP software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing and order flow.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
