Position Overview
We are looking for a self motivated, dynamic, multi-talented individual to act as the heart of our rose delivery venture. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our farm-fresh roses to life through compelling content, driving sales through our online channels, and ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision and care. You will be the bridge between our polyhouse and our customers, managing the entire lifecycle of an order from the first click to the final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Social Media
Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content (photos, short videos, stories) showcasing our roses and the farm-to-door process.
Manage social media presence (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.) to grow our community and drive brand awareness.
Engage with followers, reply to inquiries, and build lasting relationships with our customers.
2. Online Sales & Business Development (BD)
Manage and monitor our online sales platforms to ensure a seamless ordering experience.
Identify new business opportunities—reaching out to event planners, corporate offices, gift shops, and local boutiques to build a B2B sales pipeline.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, popular varieties, and peak delivery times.
3. Order & Shipment Operations
Order Collation: Consolidate incoming orders from all channels into a clear, daily schedule.
Purchase & Supply Coordination: Liaise with the farm team to issue daily purchase/picking orders based on demand.
Shipment Management: Oversee the packing and dispatch process to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
Handle customer queries regarding tracking, delivery status, and order modifications.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or small-business operations.
Creative Eye: Ability to capture "Instagrammable" content with a smartphone.
Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail; you don’t let orders slip through the cracks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Kannada/Hindi preferred for local coordination).
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools for order management, basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and social media scheduling.
Ownership Mindset: Since this is a specialized role in a growing business, you should be proactive, independent, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
