We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader – US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to lead and manage our RCM operations while driving team performance, process improvements, and service excellence.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader with 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across multiple RCM functions, including Authorization, Eligibility Verification, Medical Billing, Provider Credentialing, Claims Processing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Insurance Follow-up.
The candidate should possess excellent leadership, client management, analytical, and process improvement skills while managing day-to-day operations and mentoring team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Process Associates and Senior Process Associates.
- Monitor daily team productivity, attendance, quality, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop individual learning plans and support employee growth.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work culture.
Revenue Cycle Operations
Provide operational oversight across:
- Prior Authorization
- Eligibility & Benefits Verification
- Medical Billing
- Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
- Claims Submission
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up
- Denial Management
- Payment Posting
- Insurance Follow-up
- Appeals & Resubmissions
Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within client turnaround times.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific workflows.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Participate in workflow planning and resource allocation.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with US clients and internal stakeholders regarding operational updates.
- Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare operational summaries and participate in client review meetings whenever required.
- Maintain excellent client satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and Protected Health Information (PHI) security.
- Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify recurring process errors and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payer-specific requirements.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Productivity
- Quality Score
- First Pass Resolution
- Authorization Turnaround Time
- Denial Rate
- Aging Reports
- SLA Adherence
- Present performance insights and operational recommendations to leadership.
Training & Development
- Conduct onboarding and process training for new employees.
- Identify knowledge gaps and organize refresher training sessions.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Support cross-functional knowledge sharing and team development.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, and healthcare applications.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ABA Therapy or Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Management.
- Exposure to client-facing operations and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with EMR/EHR platforms and payer portals.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement exposure is an added advantage.
- Experience managing teams of 10–25 employees.

- Work From Home (WFH) is not available.
- The company currently does not provide cab or meal facilities.
