- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through Job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with Dep HODs.
- Strong salary negotiation and candidate handling skills are a must.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding and joining formalities & Induction program for new joiners
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws.
- Hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing recruitment is essential.
- Participate in job fair, Campus drive, and recruitment events
- Preferably looking for a local candidate.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
