Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and research-oriented Assistant Professor in Finance Analytics to teach data-driven financial decision-making and analytical techniques in finance. The role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring students in applying analytics to financial management and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Modeling, and Data-driven Finance
- Prepare course materials, case studies, and analytical exercises
- Guide students in projects involving financial data analysis and insights
- Conduct research and publish in academic journals and conferences
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions
- Support institutional accreditation and academic development initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in MBA / PGDM (Finance / Analytics) or related discipline
- NET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or SPSS preferred
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience past MBA
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Analytics, and Data Analysis
- Ability to interpret financial data and build analytical models
- Research aptitude and academic writing skills
- Effective teaching, presentation, and mentoring ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Preferred Skills
- Research publications in finance or analytics journals
- Industry exposure in financial analytics, investment analysis, or fintech
- Experience with data visualization and financial modelling tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
