We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our in-house marketing function end-to-end. This is a full-funnel role covering SEO, performance marketing (PPC), social media, and content strategy, with direct responsibility for managing and mentoring a team of specialists. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT / digital services marketing and is comfortable owning strategy, execution, and team performance simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full-funnel digital marketing strategy - SEO, PPC/paid media, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage an in-house team of digital marketing executives/specialists across channels.
- Set channel-wise KPIs (traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, rankings) and track performance against targets.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Oversee SEO strategy - technical SEO, on-page, content-led link building, and organic growth.
- Guide content calendars and ensure brand consistency across website, blogs, and social platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships where applicable.
- Report performance and strategic recommendations directly to leadership.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and martech tools relevant to IT/digital services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience in IT services or digital/tech services companies is strongly preferred.
- Proven hands-on expertise across SEO, Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, and paid ad platform dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team is a must.
