- Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems (spindle, ATC, ball screw, way covers, lubrication systems).
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Basic understanding of alignment and machine geometry checks.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and maintenance software/logs (SAP/CMMS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns promptly.
- Team player with good communication skills.
