We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage SEO, social media marketing (organic & paid), and paid advertising campaigns, while creating engaging content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
The candidate should have a creative mindset, be proactive, and capable of generating fresh ideas for social media posts, campaigns, and creatives on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements.
- Track and report SEO performance metrics.
Social Media Management (Organic & Paid):
- Plan and execute daily social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts and content for posts, banners, and campaigns.
- Manage community engagement and respond to queries/comments.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Paid Advertising (PPC, Social Ads, Google Ads, etc.):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- 2. Monitor budgets, ad performance, and ROI.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content & Creative Development:
- Generate ideas for campaigns, graphics, and content that align with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
