About Us:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling communications, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support various departments with clerical and administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
