Position: AC Technician
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–3Years (HVAC Field)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- ✔ Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- ✔ Diagnose and rectify faults in Split AC, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and Chiller systems.
- ✔ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- ✔ Handle refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection.
- ✔ Carry out electrical troubleshooting of AC control circuits, motors, sensors, and controllers.
- ✔ Install and repair copper piping, insulation, drainage systems, and associated accessories.
- ✔ Ensure proper operation, testing, and commissioning of AC equipment.
- ✔ Maintain service reports and follow safety procedures at site.
- ✔ Coordinate with supervisors and customers for timely completion of work.
Required Skills:
- ✔ Hands-on experience with Split AC, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, and Chiller systems.
- ✔ Good knowledge of AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- ✔ Understanding of refrigeration cycle, refrigerants, and HVAC tools.
- ✔ Ability to work independently at client sites.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred)
Experience: HVAC service and installation experience mandatory.
