- Productions
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, and helping create a strong team from the foundation stage.
This is a Volunteer Founding Team opportunity.

As Oryxon is currently in its foundation stage, all leadership positions are voluntary. This means you will contribute your skills while gaining real-world leadership experience and helping build an international organization.
As the organization grows and reaches a sustainable stage, high-performing contributors will receive priority consideration for future paid leadership opportunities. Please note that there is no guaranteed timeline for this transition.
If you are only looking for an immediate salaried opportunity, this role may not be the right fit.
What You Will Do
- Recruit talented people across Oryxon's four divisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Network with professionals and creators.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Prepare candidate evaluation reports.
- Work closely with the Talent Operations & Management Head.
- Build long-term professional relationships.
- Support international recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain organized recruitment records.
- Represent Oryxon professionally while communicating with candidates.
