Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at a luxury retail brand. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and upholding the brand's image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs and offering expert product advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting products.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and brand heritage.
- Merchandising and Store Presentation:
- Ensure that the store is impeccably presented, with displays that reflect the luxury brand’s standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock counts.
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage client databases and follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and track sales performance.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
- Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to foster a learning environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required documentation to the store manager.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings and store strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
- Certification or diploma in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages spoken by the target clientele.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
