The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students in both academics and professional development.

- Operations & Management Information System
- Digital Marketing
- Customer Relationship Management
- Service Marketing
- Strategic HRM and related management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, question papers, and study materials based on university syllabus.
- Conduct internal assessments, seminars, projects, and classroom activities.
- Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Organize workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and skill development sessions.
- Encourage practical learning through case studies, presentations, and business simulations.
- Coordinate with academic management for curriculum planning and student performance monitoring.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / M.Com / PGDM / Master’s Degree in Management or relevant specialization.
- Candidates with specialization in Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, or Aviation Management preferred.
- Prior teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Malayalam communication skills preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic background and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and LMS tools.
- Ability to handle seminars, presentations, and interactive sessions.
- Industry-oriented approach towards management education.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and presentation tools.
